About the hobby woodworker

Elmer Higgins is a Professional Engineer living in Cranbrook B.C., Canada. He is a hobby woodworker with a special interest in woodturning. His skills have been developed since 1990 with practice and with instruction from several woodturning craftsmen in England, USA and Canada. He continues to develop his creativity by using wood as a primary medium combined with metal, mastodon ivory, leather and anything that can be turned in a lathe.
